It is imperative that you read and understand these terms & conditions before you make your purchases. We hope that the information we provided below has made your shopping experience with us a pleasant and enjoyable one.

BY REGISTERING & SHOPPING AT ALMOST FAMOUS, YOU ARE DEEMED TO BE AGREEABLE TO OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS WITHOUT RESERVATIONS.
Order Details
In order to make your orders & purchases you would be required to register as a member with us. You can do so here!
After deciding on your purchases, proceed to checkout to confirm your order. When we have received your order, an invoice with payment instructions would be emailed to you.
Payment Details
We accept bank transfers with all major banks i.e. POSB/DBS/OCBC/UOB. It is imperative that you keep all transaction records/slips until you have received your purchases.

Upon receiving your invoice, transfer the amount of your purchase into any of our 3 bank accounts and email us at order@almostfamous.com.sg with the following details:
- Bank Account No. & Type
- Bank Type
- iBanking Nickname or ATM BRANCH Transfer was executed
- Transaction ID
- Order No.
- Amount Transferred
Your orders will only be confirmed when we have received an authenticated payment, hence all items on sale are offered on a first-come-first serve basis. To preserve the exclusivity of our products, we only bring in limited stock (5-8 pieces per item). We do apologise in advance if the items you want to order are no longer available. All payments that are not reflected in our bank accounts will be considered a non-order. The money will be refunded when it is later reflected in our bank statements. Payment for orders that are no longer available will also be refunded.
All cases of suspected payment fraud or criminal activity will be handed over to the authorities and will be dealt with to the fullest extent of the law.
The management reserves the right to request for extra verification of payment e.g. a picture of the bank transfer slip.
Postage Details
Please note that all prices listed on our websites include regular postage.
All paid orders that have been authenticated before 6pm will be sent out on the same day!
We post ALL items at Singapore Post Center at Paya Lebar to cut out transition time from Post Office/Agency to Singapore Post Centre.
Our customers are advised to op for registered posts to ensure safe delivery of all purchased items. We will not be responsible for any of your purchases that are lost due to discrepancies in regular postage. Registered postage provides safer delivery & easy tracking of items that have not been delivered. For registered posts, simply pay an additional SGD$2.24/- on top of your purchase.
Exchange Policy
Here at Almost Famous, we provide the most stringent of tests to ensure that the products that leave our offices satisfy quality control requirements.
We do not accept refunds, exchanges etc.
In the event a purchase is damaged or misrepresented, we will consider an exchange for another item that is in-stock. The difference in price will have to be paid by the customer before the exchange goes through. We must be notified if there are any defects within 5 working days of us sending the product out. The item must be sent back to us within 9 days from the day it was sent out.
All exchanges are considered on a case-by-case scenario and the final decision lies with the management.
All discounted items are non-refundable or exchangeable.
WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS FOR PURCHASED ITEMS WITH SIZING ISSUES.
Store Credit Slips & Discount Vouchers
All Store Credit Slips & Discount Vouchers are only redeemable when entered into the system upon checkout.
They are NOT REDEEMABLE via email or cash.
Customers are entitled to use each discount voucher ONLY ONCE unless stated otherwise.
Creating duplicate accounts to utilise the same discount vouchers under a different account is tantamount to fraud. Such behaviour violates the spirit in which the discount vouchers are issued and will be reported to the Police & punishable by law.
The Introductory $15 store credit issued upon registration is also only redeemable when enteredinto the system upon checkout.
It is NOT REDEEMABLE via email or cash.
1 customer is entitled to use the Introductory $15 Store Credit ONLY ONCE.
Creating duplicate accounts to utilise the Introductory $15 Store Credit under a different account is tantamount to fraud. Such behaviour violates the spirit in which the store credits are issued and will be reported to the Police & punishable by law.
Customers are also NOT ALLOWED to register on behalf of friends, relatives & acquaintances to utilise the Introductory $15 Store Credit.
Offenders will be reported to the Police & all pending orders will be nulled & void.
In such an event, ALMOST FAMOUS is not obligated to refund or compensate in any way or form.
Miscellaneous
By purchasing an item from us, you are deemed to have been agreeable to all the Terms & Conditions stated.
Items not paid for within 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, will be put up for sale thereafter without further notification.
The management reserves the right to reject a customer/transaction at our discretion.
The management also reserves the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any given time without notice.
